What to do if the Headphone jack is not working on a Windows 10 laptop.I am on a laptop with one headphone/microphone combo jack, and the headset uses a combo jack (with a splitter included). I tried installing Corsair's iCue software, but that did not recognize it. I tested it on my phone, and both the headphones and mic work there. It does not show up in sound settings, control panel, or device manager.
Note: Some systems use a green jack for output and pink for mic input and others will be labeled 'headphone' or 'microphone.' Make sure the power is turned on and check the volume level.
